The overall strategy of this online content is to educate oncology nurses in geriatrics and provide training from oncology experts. Participants should consider developing goals/initiatives to improve care of older adults with cancer and implement an action plan for your care setting. Engage your stakeholders such as your manager, administrator, educator, or staff nurse(s) to be part of your team and help you implement geriatric initiatives.
